They went above and beyond by welcoming us with a bottle of wine and providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the apartment was clean, homely, and had a great location. We enjoyed the quiet complex and the lovely pool area. the presence of a washer in the apartment was also a helpful bonus, and we appreciated the recommendations for restaurants and trips.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. the location was great, within walking distance of all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the fact that the apartment had all the information necessary for our stay, and the staff member, Silvia, was easily reachable by phone and very helpful with any queries we had.

The apartment did not have any air conditioning or even ceiling fans, which made it quite uncomfortable during the peak temperatures. the lack of Wi-Fi for 6 days was also disappointing, although Silvia did try her best to get it sorted.
